who do you think will win the bbc sports personality of the year this time round,?

i think its been a poor a year as i can remember with no obvous candidate. maybe darren clarke the golfer!

8. I would hope Aaron Lennon gets it - he didn't feature too much for England in the 2006 World Cup, but he was fantastic. Plus I don't think Beckham, Rooney or Crouch deserve the title. Too much pay and not enough play in my honest opinion.
9. Nelsons Column, its a one eyed racehorse which has done wonders this year.
10. Could be a golfer from the Ryder Cup team...most likely Darren Clarke. The other possibility is Monty Panesar. I've even heard Paul Hunter mentioned - I agree it's sad that he died, but I don't think he should even be in the running.
